Lomira Hostage Situation Resolved Without Incident
27 October 2020 News
Lomira Police say a report of a man holding his girlfriend hostage in the 300 block of Main Street Monday afternoon prompted a school lockdown. The police officer responding to the call asked for the lockdown due to how close the scene was to the school and information that the man may have access to firearms. The situation was resolved without incident and the 20-year-old man was taken into custody. The lockdown was lifted at the school. The Brownsville Police Department also responded and the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office brought their drone in case it was needed.
