COVID 19 Report Monday

The state’s Department of Health Services Monday reported another 1,271 new cases of COVID-19. That was 18.7 percent of the 6,796 test results that came back and also was the seventh straight day Wisconsin has seen more than 1,000 new cases of the virus. It brought the total number of cases since the first on February 5th to 102,498 cases with 14,414 active cases. Two more deaths were also reported bringing that toll to 1,244 people.

Winnebago County reported 129 new COVID-19 cases Monday putting its total cases at 2,822 with 23 deaths.  Fond du Lac County reported 115 new cases since last Friday putting its total cases at 1,765 with 13 deaths. Twenty-six new cases were reported in Dodge County yesterday, which gives it 1,626 cases with 9 deaths. Green Lake County will soon top 200 cases it had 4 new cases Monday putting its total cases at 199. Five new cases in Marquette County give it 195 totals cases with 1 death. Waupaca County had 41 new cases since its last report on Friday, which gives it a total of 942 cases with 19 deaths. The Waushara County Health Department has had 23 new cases since Friday giving it a total of 289 cases since the outbreak began and 2 deaths.
