Missing Winneconne Man Found Safe

A Silver Alert for a missing 66-year-old Winneconne man was cancelled last night when he was found safe. David Biggar was spotted at a Kwik Trip Store in Winneconne at 12:23 Wednesday afternoon and then at another Kwik Trip in Winchester about a half hour later. His pickup truck was then spotted driving east on Winnebago County Highway II. The alert was issued because he has various medical conditions and didn’t have his medications with him.
