State health officials reported 621 new COVID-19 cases Sunday or 8.4 percent of 7,418 test results that came back. That gives Wisconsin a total of 60,554 cases since the outbreak began in early February. Fifty-seven of the state’s 72 counties reported new cases yesterday. One new death gives Wisconsin 997 deaths from the virus. There are 9,510 active cases in the state. The U.S. surpassed 5 million total cases Sunday.

Winnebago County reported 12 new COVID-19 cases Sunday giving it 1,176 total cases and 18 deaths. Dodge County eclipsed 800 total cases over the weekend with 11 new cases yesterday giving it 819 cases and 5 deaths. Fond du Lac County reported its 7th death due to the coronavirus over the weekend and reached 657 cases Sunday. Green Lake County had 1 new case yesterday and enters the new week with 56 total cases. Marquette County had 1 new case and has had 80 total cases and 1 death. Waupaca County has now reported a total of 453 COVID-19 cases and 15 deaths. Waushara County starts the new week with 116 cases and 1 death.
