Oshkosh Police say a 39-year-old man taken into custody Tuesday night for a shooting incident in the 1700 block of Minnesota Avenue will be facing first degree intentional homicide and attempted first degree intentional homicide charges. Joshua Aide is suspected of killing a 59-year-old man that was found dead inside the residence and wounding a 57-year-old man and 33-year-old woman. Both of those victims were taken to local hospitals where they are in stable condition. The victims knew Aide. Deputies from the Green  County Sheriff’s Department took Aide into custody Tuesday evening. The Dane County Sheriff’s Department was also instrumental in locating him.

Oshkosh Police have a 39-year-old man in custody suspected of shooting multiple people at a home in Oshkosh. Police issued a description of Joshua Aide after responding to a home in the 1700 block of Minnesota Avenue about 8:30 last evening. They found victims that had suffered gunshot wounds. The number of victims and the extent of their injuries were not released. When Aide’s physical description and the description of the vehicle he was driving were released officials cautioned that he should be considered armed and dangerous. Aide was taken into custody shortly before midnight last night.
