Nearly 10 percent of the COVID-19 test results that came back yesterday in the state were positive for the virus. State health officials reported 922 new cases out of 9,643 test results. Since testing began in Wisconsin 54,924 residents have tested positive and 9,994 cases are still active. One death was also reported Sunday bringing that toll to 948 deaths since early February.

Winnebago County reported 14 news COVID-19 cases Sunday and 58 new cases over the weekend bringing its total number of cases to 1,055 with 17 deaths. Twenty-seven new cases were reported in Dodge County yesterday and 60 cases over the weekend giving it 702 total cases and 5 deaths.  Fond du Lac County reported 35 new cases over the weekend putting its total cases at 560 with 6 deaths. Two new cases were recorded in Green Lake County over the weekend giving the county 52 cases, and Marquette County had 2 new cases yesterday and 4 over the weekend putting its total cases at 71 with 1 death. Waupaca County Public Health reported 20 new cases over the weekend including 11 Sunday giving it 370 total cases and 15 deaths. Waushara County had 10 new cases over the weekend giving it 106 cases since the health crisis began.
