State Health officials say the 601 new COVID-19 cases reported Tuesday was the most since May 29th. It amounted to 4.7 percent of the 12,781 new test results that came back yesterday. That gives Wisconsin 28,659 cases since the pandemic began. Seven more deaths were also reported bringing the death toll in the state due to the coronavirus to 784 deaths.
Winnebago County reported 7 new COVID-19 cases Tuesday putting its totals at 669 cases and 11 deaths. Dodge County had 3 new cases bringing its total to 459 cases with 5 deaths. Fond du Lac County had 1 new case and has reported 312 cases with 6 deaths. Green Lake County had no new cases remaining at 32 and Marquette County also held steady with 13 cases and 1 death. Waupaca County had 2 new cases putting its totals at 116 cases with 9 deaths and Waushara County has had 26 cases.
