The state’s Department of Health Services reported no new deaths due to COVID-19 Sunday, but 280 of the 6,051 new test results did come back positive for the virus. The state has confirmed 24,819 coronavirus patients since the outbreak began and 744 deaths. On the other hand 460,334 people have tested negative for the virus since testing began.
Winnebago County reported 8 new COVID-19 cases Sunday bringing its totals to 601 and 11 deaths. Dodge County reported no new cases yesterday, but has reported a total of 434 with 5 deaths. With 4 new cases Sunday Fond du Lac County has reported 290 cases of the pandemic and 6 deaths. Green Lake County had no new cases over the weekend and starts the week with 24 cases, while Marquette County also held steady with 9 cases and 1 death. Waupaca County had 7 new cases over the weekend bringing its total to 91 with 5 deaths and Waushara County had 2 new cases over the weekend giving it a total of 20 cases.
