FDL County Health Rescinds Health Order Regarding COVID 19

Fond du Lac County Public Health Officer Kim Mueller has rescinded a public health order that closed a number of businesses during the Safer at Home order. Businesses allowed to operate again include; bars and restaurants, barber/barbering and cosmetology, nail salons, massage therapy establishments, and tattoo and body art studios. Grocery stores and gas stations can reopen to more customers, and Religious and funeral services can continue. Businesses should continue social distancing, provide and encourage face coverings and PPE when necessary, provide signage for and encourage good hand hygiene, frequently clean and disinfect regularly touched surfaces, screen employees and send home sick employees, promote telecommuting and work from home if possible.
