The number of COVID-19 cases in Wisconsin surpassed 10,000 Sunday with 280 new cases reported, the fewest new cases since last Monday when 272 cases were reported. The total number of cases across the state is 10,219. There were also 2 new deaths including the first in Calumet County a man in his mid-50’s from the Menasha area. That gave the state a total of 400 deaths since the outbreak began.
Winnebago County continues to pace area counties with 98 cases and 1 death. Fond du Lac County’s total is at 93 with 3 deaths. Dodge County has reported 67 cases with 1 death, Green Lake County has 8 cases, and Marquette County 3 cases with 1 death. Waupaca County has recorded 13 cases and 1 death and Waushara County 4 cases.
