The state of Wisconsin reached a milestone in its number of COVID-19 cases Thursday when it crossed the 5,000 mark for a total of 5,052. That’s 207 more since Wednesday and an additional 11 deaths brought that total to 257. The number of hospitalizations is now at 1,318 and 51,456 patients have tested negative for the virus.

Fond du Lac County recorded two additional cases of the pandemic Thursday bringing its total to 68 with 3 deaths. Elsewhere Dodge County has 20 cases and 1 death, Green Lake County held steady at 1 case, Marquette County has 3 cases and 1 death,  Waupaca County 6 cases and one death, Waushara County 2 cases, and Winnebago County has reported 46 cases and 1 death.
