The Green Bay Packers will have veteran tight end Marcedes Lewis back this fall. According to reports the team worked a one-year deal out with him that is worth $2.25 million. Lewis will soon be 36 years old. He finished 2019 with 15 catches and one touchdown.
The Packers NFC North rival the Chicago Bears will have a veteran quarterback in the fold for the upcoming season. Chicago traded a fourth-round compensatory draft pick to the Jacksonville Jaguars to acquire Nick Foles. The 30-year-old Foles was out most of the 2019 season with a broken collarbone.
The Wisconsin Badger Men’s Hockey team will be getting right-winger Cole Caufield back for another season. He led the Badgers in scoring as a freshman. He was the 15th overall pick in the 2019 NHL draft by the Montreal Canadians. The Canadians had already recommended that the 19-year-old play another year in college.
