Wind Chill Advisories Until 10 AM

A wind chill advisory is in effect until 10 this morning. The National Weather Service says bitterly cold wind chill factors will range from 15 to 35 below. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. It’s suggested if you’re going to be outdoors to wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
