Fatal Accident Reported In Winnebago County

Winnebago County Sheriff’s officials say one person died following a crash involving a truck pulling a trailer and a car Thursday evening. The accident happened shortly after 5 pm on Clayton Avenue in the Town of Clayton between County Road II and Larsen Road. The driver of the car was taken to a hospital and died there. No names were released.
