Sex Offender Committed For Being Sexually Violent Moving To FDL County

24 January 2020 News

The 34-year-old sex offender who was recently discharged from a sexually violent offender commitment is moving to Fond du Lac County. Specifically Jonathan Miller will be living at N4141 County Highway E in the Town of Alto starting today or shortly thereafter. Fond du Lac County Sheriff Ryan Waldschmidt sent out the information bulletin. Miller will be on electronic monitoring. A Dodge County judge approved Miller’s discharge last week. Miller had two previous juvenile adjudications for first degree sexual assault of a child when he was 14 and 16-years-old. He has served the sentence that was imposed on him. He was convicted of being a sexually violent person in September of 2005 and was committed to the Sandridge Secure Detention Facility in Mauston. He was held there until 2018 when he was placed on supervised release in Shawano County. But that was revoked for watching pornography and not participating in treatment.
