Ripon Teen Bound Over For Trial

The Ripon teen suspected of making a threat to kill 17 students and a teacher at the Ripon High School has been bound over for trial. Eighteen-year-old Lillian Cavell was in Fond du Lac County court Friday for a preliminary hearing, which she waived. She was then arraigned and pleaded not guilty to terrorist threats-evacuating a building and disorderly conduct charges. Another student found what amounted to a hit list in a restroom at the high school on December 4th.
