Twenty-six people from Milwaukee and Puerto Rico have been charged in federal court for trafficking cocaine, heroin, and fentanyl. Matthew Krueger, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, announced the arrests Thursday. Those 26 are also facing charges for money laundering and conspiracy to commit money laundering. Search warrants were executed in Milwaukee and Puerto Rico Wednesday. Seized during those searches were 15 kilograms of cocaine, 50 grams of heroin, 80 grams of crack cocaine, 35 firearms, and $267,000. The 26 defendants range in age from 23 to 51 years-old.
