Event Details: The Yarn Hand Dyeing at Farm Wisconsin 9:00 am – 12:00pm on Saturday February 30th.
During this workshop, Carol Wagner of Hidden Valley Farm and Woolen Mill, will walk participants through a yarn dying experience. Yarn provided for the class will come straight from Carol's flock of purebred Coopworth sheep. Each participant will dye two skeins of yarn to take home from the class.
Class size is limited to allow for one-on-one instruction as participants learn about:
🐑 properties of wool
🐑 the process of yarn spinning
🐑 methods of yarn dyeing
🐑 take a turn at dyeing their own yarn.
Cost is $60 per person.
Each participant will have their own 6' table to complete their project, allowing plenty of room for social distancing.
