SOULFUL JESSE ROPER MAKES FIRST APPEARANCE AT THRASHER OPERA HOUSE
Green Lake, Wis. (January 20, 2025) – Jesse Roper will perform at Thrasher Opera House in Green Lake, Wisconsin on Saturday, March 1st at 7:30 p.m. Tickets for the show are $30 and are available at www.thrasheroperahouse.com.
Jesse Roper, the electrifying blues/Americana artist known for his modern, indie-infused blues and captivating live performances, is making waves once again. Renowned for his virtuosic guitar playing and magnetic stage presence, Roper has shared the spotlight with legends like Booker T. Jones, Colin James, Beth Hart, and Burton Cummings. Overcoming early career stage fright, Roper now commands the stage with the confidence and energy of a true six-string virtuoso, delivering performances that leave audiences spellbound.
Following the success of his critically acclaimed album Horizons—produced by JUNO-nominated Gus van Go (Metric, The Beaches, Arkells)—Roper is embarking on a bold new chapter. With an adventurous spirit and boundless creativity, Jesse Roper continues to redefine blues and Americana, offering a dynamic sound that’s as unpredictable as it is unforgettable.
Mike and Aileen Ellis are sponsoring the show. This event is supported in part by grants from the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation, the Green Bay Packers Foundation, and the Wisconsin Arts Board with funds from the State of Wisconsin and the National Endowment for the Arts.
