Skerryvore to play Sold Out Show at Thrasher Opera House

Green Lake, Wis. (March 13, 2023) – Scottish band Skerryvore will perform a sold-out show at Thrasher Opera House in Green Lake, Wisconsin, on Saturday, April 1, at 7:30 p.m.  The band members are made up of eight individuals who play various instruments, including accordion, bagpipes, guitar, drums, and fiddle.

The band has a reputation for its energetic live performances, and they have played at numerous festivals and venues around the world. They have collaborated with other musicians and artists, including Sharon Shannon, Julie Fowlis, and Blazin' Fiddles. In addition to their musical pursuits, Skerryvore is also involved in charitable work, and they have raised money for various organizations through their music.

Skerryvore's music brings people together and creates a sense of community. The band's lyrics often touch on themes of love, loss, and the beauty of Scotland's natural landscapes. They have been praised for their ability to blend traditional Scottish music with modern rock and pop influences, creating a unique sound that appeals to a wide range of audiences.
