Rachel Wilberding, Executive Director of Wisconsin Parkinson's Disease Association, will discuss resources available to assist individuals with Parkinson's, and will also provide information on the importance of exercise. Carole Clark, Instructor for Rock Steady Boxing, Wautoma Fitness, will demonstrate this non-contact boxing-style fitness program that may help delay and fight this disease, leading to better quality of life.
