Irish Folk Artists Reverie Road to Play Thrasher Opera House on Feb. 09

Green Lake, Wis. (January 3, 2024) – Join Reverie Road on Friday, February 09, as they present a vibrant and diverse Celtic fusion, bringing together the talents of fiddler Winifred Horan and accordionist John Williams, both founding members of Solas. Joining them are former Gaelic Storm fiddler Katie Grennan and the accomplished Jazz and Raga pianist Utsav Lal, recognized as a Young Steinway Artist. This dynamic collaboration showcases the mastery of four prominent traditional and virtuosic folk artists, who have collectively enchanted global audiences across studios and stages throughout the past three decades.

Deeply rooted in their shared Irish heritage, Reverie Road skillfully blends humor with musical insight, showcasing their innate talents. Their artistic journey explores the essence of Irish musical traditions while embarking on new adventures, featuring a repertoire that includes distilled airs, continental waltzes, and lively reels and jigs. The band's dynamic chemistry is fueled by two accomplished, classically trained fiddlers who not only share a background as award-winning Irish dancers but are also complemented by two instrumentalists dedicated to redefining traditional accompaniment and rhythm sections. Together, they create a captivating concert experience that will uplift audiences' spirits and get them enthusiastically on their feet.

Tickets for Reverie Road’s performance on Friday, February 09, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. are $30 and available at www.thrasheroperahouse.com or by calling 920.294.4279
