yo·gaˈyōɡə/noun: a Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation. Baby goat/ noun: A bouncy, cuddly ball of love; the cutest thing on 4 hooves. Combine the two, and you have the craze that has been sweeping the nation –Goat Yoga!

On July 14 at the Omro Community Center, eastern mysticism and caprine mischief will meet! Bring your yoga mat and your sense of humor and prepare for 30 minutes of fun! Space is limited, so reserve your space now! There will be 2 half hour sessions – one at 2 pm and one at 3 pm. The cost per person is $12.00.
