Friends of the Library Used Book Sale, August 3 – 4

The Friends of the Ripon Public Library will be holding a short and sweet summer book sale in the basement of the library at 120 Jefferson Street.  The sale will be held on Friday, August 3 from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday, August 4 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.  There are no entry fees!  All items will be regular price and there are plenty of bargains to be found.  Credit card payments will be accepted throughout the sale, in addition to cash and checks.  The mission of the Friends is to promote and support public resources and community programs at the Ripon Public Library, and proceeds from the sale are used to support this mission.  In the past year the Friends have assisted with funding the adult, teen and children’s summer reading programs, the new Makerspace collection, Pinterest Craft Club, 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten, books on CD, and more.
