BASD will be hosting a free COVID-19 vaccination clinic for parents, guardians, and students on Thursday, February 17th from 3 pm - 5:30 pm at Clay Lamberton Elementary School. Parent/Guardian must be present in order to have their child vaccinated. Please see the attached consent forms for parent/guardians and children as well as fact sheets for Pfizer (Pediatric) and Pfizer (12 and older) and Johnson & Johnson. Boosters are available for those previously vaccinated over 5 months ago and ages 12 and older. The second vaccination for those receiving Pfizer will be held Thursday, March 10th.
