3/26/25 Waushara County Skeletal Remains Name Released

The identity of human skeletal remains found in Waushara County on Thursday, March 13th has been released. The remains of 33-year-old Tiffeny M. Schneider of Wautoma were found in the area of County Road EE between Blackhawk Avenue and 26th Court in the Town of Leon. The Waushara County Medical Examiner’s Office and the Wisconsin Department of Justice-Division of Criminal Investigation were able to identify the remains on Monday, March 17th but the name was only released today as the investigation into the death continues. A cause of death has not been released.
