Los Angeles Lakers at Milwaukee Bucks

Last night, the Milwaukee Bucks were able to get a 126-106 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers after Giannis Antetokounmpo led the team with 24 points and 12 rebounds.

Also helping end Milwaukee’s three game losing streak was Brook Lopez who had 23, Kevin Porter Jr, 22, and Damian Lillard had 22 while also dishing out 10 assists.

Despite the loss, Lakers’ superstar, Luka Doncic, played an outstanding game. He ended the night with 45 points, while shooting 52% from the field. Doncic was also able to haul in 11 boards.

After not shooting well the past few games, the Bucks’ 3-point shooting was strong in the first half. They were 11-for-23 and ended the half up 71-63 despite 29 points from Doncic on 9-for-15 shooting.

In the second half, Antetokounmpo started to get more aggressive and scored 12 points in the third quarter. With Giannis leading the way, the Bucks went into the fourth quarter up 102-82.

While Doncic did his best to keep it a close game, Milwaukee was able to cruise to the victory in the fourth quarter.

The Bucks will look to avenge their heartbreaking loss on Tuesday as they host the Indiana Pacers on Saturday, March 15th, 2025.
