4 December 2024 News

Update:

The search for a missing 45-year-old Berlin woman this week culminated with the discovery of her body in the Fox River near the North Shelter House in Berlin. Berlin Police Chief Brian Pulvermacher says they were called by relatives of Raychell Dunse Tuesday who were concerned for her welfare and a CodeRed notification was issued to Green Lake County residents a little over an hour later. Chief Pulvermacher says the initial search involved officers from his department and Green Lake County Sheriff’s deputies. Recovery efforts involved Berlin and Princeton Police, the Green Lake County Sheriff’s Office, Berlin Fire Department and Berlin EMS. Pulvermacher says several agencies were in the City for the annual law enforcement Christmas caroling at assisted living facilities. The family was present at Riverside Park when Raychell’s body was recovered. Chief Pulvermacher says the Medical Examiner gave the preliminary cause of death as drowning.
