He continued to struggle and attempted to kick out a window in the squad car he was placed in prompting officers to place in a restraint device. The person in the vehicle the suspect struck suffered minor injuries. The suspect was also evaluated for injuries and after medical attention was taken to the Fon du Lac County Jail. In addition to the felony warrants he was wanted on, he is being charged with fleeing an officer, multiple counts of first degree recklessly endangering safety, resisting an officer, 7 counts of felony bail jumping, and marijuana possession. No patrols cars were damaged, and no officers injured. The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Fond du Lac Police, the State Patrol, and Fond du Lac Fire and Rescue.
