VOTING

Fond du Lac County Clerk Lisa Freiberg says if you haven’t registered to vote yet for this election and you need to register you will have to do it at the polls tomorrow. If you are registered it’s simply a matter of knowing where your polling location is. Occasionally voters will have to vote at a new polling site, for instance voters in Waupun now have to vote at the new Senior Center and voters living in Ward 13 in Fond du Lac have to vote at the City-County Government Center. Once you’re at your polling location tomorrow there are three things you have to do. You have to state your name, show your picture ID, and sign the polling book. Freiberg says if you have to register you will need your ID and have to show some form of residency such as a utility bill, hunting license, tax bill, etc. More information on voting and where you need to vote is available at My Vote.wi.gov.
