10/25/24 Big Drug Seizure and Arrest in Oshkosh

The execution of search warrants at two residences in Oshkosh Thursday netted police a substantial amount of drugs and money. The Department’s Vice and Narcotics Unit, detectives, and Oshkosh SWAT Team executed the first warrant in the 1700 block of Lombardi Avenue. It resulted in the seizure of 30 grams of cocaine, 50 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and over $3,000 in U.S. currency. The second warrant in the 1000 block of Mount Vernon Street led to the seizure of over $330,000 in US currency, 7.5 pounds of raw Marijuana, over 1,000 THC cartridges and one kilogram of cocaine. Three vehicles were also seized. Investigators are also looking into several bank accounts which make contain several hundred thousand dollars from drug sales. A 51-year-old Oshkosh man was arrested on drug charges. The case is being referred to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Wisconsin for prosecution in the Federal Court system.
