Do you want to help with hurricane disaster relief? Alliance Laundry Systems is partnering with several Ripon businesses to collect donations. Go to Webster’s Marketplace in Ripon and look for the semi in the parking lot. It is being filled with cleaning supplies, hygiene items and paper products. You can also make a monetary donation inside the store at the courtesy counter. Alliance will match the total value of the community’s gifts up to $10,000…so your donation has double the impact. You can drop off donations from 8 am to 8 pm today, Saturday, and Sunday. The truck will depart on Sunday. JW Transport LLC is providing the truck, Webster’s the place for the truck and monetary contributions, and Hometown Broadcasting, The Bug and The Wave, are raising awareness. But the effort needs your support.
