MOTORCYCLE INJURY ACCIDENT IN FDL COUNTY
Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s officials say a 56-year-old Winneconne man suffered serious injuries in a motorcycle crash on Interstate 41 southbound just south of Townline Road in the Town of Friendship early Wednesday afternoon. He was flown to ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Neenah. The initial investigation determined the motorcycle was heading south on I-41 and lost control. The bike entered the median gravel shoulder, struck the cable barrier, fell onto its side, and slid across both lanes of I-41 southbound. The operator slid with the motorcycle and both he and the motorcycle came to rest in a ditch. He wasn’t wearing a helmet. Failure to maintain control and speed appear to be factors in the crash. CONGRESSMAN GROTHMAN ON TRUMP HUSH MONEY TRIAL VERDICT
Congressman Glenn Grothman says the conviction of former President Donald Trump on 34 counts in a hush money trial is something that should make all Americans shudder. The federal lawmaker from Glenbeulah says no one would list a payoff on a campaign finance report nor should they be required to list such a thing and the prosecutor in the case actually ran for office saying he intended to find a crime he could prosecute President Trump for. Grothman says the trial and guilty verdicts are an indication that we are losing what America is all about. Meanwhile Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is opposing President Trump’s request to lift the gag order in the case.
