6/26/24 Nine People Involved in Fatal Dodge County Accident

Dodge County Sheriff’s officials say a 69-year-old woman from Alma, Wisconsin died from injuries suffered in a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of County Highway S and County Highway G Tuesday afternoon.  A total of nine people from the two vehicles including the woman who died were transported to hospitals. Investigators say a 35-year-old Watertown woman was driving a 2021 Honda CR-V east on County Highway S and failed to stop at the stop sign. A 68-year-old woman from Alma was driving a 2008 Honda Odyssey south on County Highway G and struck the CR-V. The Watertown woman and 5 children in her vehicle ranging from 2 to 13-years-old were taken to the Marshfield Medical Center in Beaver Dam, the children as a precaution. All of them were treated and released. The operator of the Odyssey was flown to Summit Hospital in Oconomowoc. A 66-year Waubesha, Minnesota woman who was a passenger was taken to Marshfield Medical Center in Beaver Dam where she was treated and released. The woman who died was also a passenger in the Odyssey. She was flown to Summit Hospital in Oconomowoc where she passed away from her injuries.
