OSHKOSH CONCERNS
While knocking on doors and meeting people during his successful run for Oshkosh City Council, Jacob Floam says he was able to gauge some of the top concerns on people’s minds. Floam says that includes the fees the city charges and the condition of its roads. He says some of the fees include a storm water utility fee, a new vehicle registration fee, water bills and others. He says residents are concerned about the affordability. Floam also says if they want to bring down costs they have to develop more housing, every type of housing. He says that will make Oshkosh a more attractive and competitive place to live. Floam takes his seat on the Oshkosh Common Council during the Council’s organizational meeting next Tuesday.
