4/26/24 Manitowoc County Authorities Looking for Other Victims in Child Sex Crimes Investigation

Authorities are asking for the public’s help in identifying any potential child victims of a 46-year-old Fond du Lac man arrested for arranging to meet a child to have sex. Manitowoc County Sheriff’s officials say Toby Graves was arrested in the Village of Mishicot last Friday. He is charged with soliciting an intimate representation from a minor, attempted second degree sexual assault of a child, use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, causing a child to view sexual activity and attempted marijuana delivery. Bond was set at $25,000 cash. Authorities are looking for additional victims or witnesses. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Brandon Radke at 920-683-4217. The Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office was assisted in its investigation by Mishicot and Fond du Lac Police. Graves will make his initial appearance in Manitowoc County court next Monday.
