4/23/24 Senior Flute Recital at Ripon College Saturday

RIPON — Benjamin Cabala ’24 of Madison, Wisconsin, will present his senior flute recital Saturday, April 27, at Ripon College. The program will begin at 4 p.m. in Demmer Recital Hall, C.J. Rodman Center for the Arts. Admission is free and open to the public.
Selections will include “Pavane,” by Gabriel Faure, arranged by Jack Ham; “River Flows in You,” by Yiruma, arranged by Bevani Flute, Flute Sonata in G major, HWV 363b, by Georg Friedrich Handel; “Sonatina,” by Eldin Burton; “Spring,” by Herman Beeftink; and “Syrinx,” by Claude Debussy.
Cabala is majoring in music education. After graduation, he will student-teach, then hopes to teach in the Madison area.
