4/15/24 Beaver Dam Man Critically Injured in Motorcycle Accident

15 April 2024 News

Alcohol is believed to be a factor in a Dodge County motorcycle crash early Sunday morning that left a 37-year-old Beaver Dam man with critical injuries. Sheriff’s officials say it happened on Owl Road in the Town of Calamus. A resident who lives in the area found the motorcycle and operator in a field and called 911. When deputies arrived, they began life-saving measures. Deputy Dylan Ott and Beaver Dam paramedics worked to resuscitate the man. He was taken to the Marshfield Medical Center in Beaver Dam and later flown to the UW-Hospital in Madison. Deputies were dispatched for the call at 1:16 am.
