3/22/24 Names Released in Fatal Dodge County Accident

Authorities in Dodge County have released the names of those involved in a fatal accident near Columbus Wednesday morning. Sheriff’s officials say 22-year-old Katie Webber of Watertown died at the scene and 60-year-old Patrick Hutton of Pardeeville was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. According to the initial investigation Webber’s car was heading west on State Highway 16/60, crossed the center line, and collided head-on with Hutton’s eastbound van. They were the only occupants in those vehicles. The crash remains under investigation.
