According to the criminal complaint police responded to Virgil’s sister’s home where he was living. As they were wrapping up that call they got another complaint at a bar where Virgil caused a disturbance taking a bottle of liquor, threatened to shoot the bartender in the face, and hit her with the bottle. He also allegedly threatened to burn down the bar when she took the bottle away from him. Virgil was taken into custody at a truck stop, but was uncooperative with officers swearing at them and said if he had a gun, he would shoot them. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 29th.
