2/24/24 Pedestrian Killed Near Appleton

Witnesses to a crash near Appleton say a pedestrian got out of a vehicle on Interstate 41 southbound at Meade Street and ran in front of a semi. The pedestrian was fatally injured. The incident happened at approximately 8 am Friday morning. The State Patrol, Appleton Police and the Metro Police Department responded to the scene. The State Patrol is handling the investigation.
