Green Bay Packers wide receiver Christian Watson won’t play Monday night against the New York Giants due to a hamstring injury.

The Packers issued an injury report Saturday that ruled Watson out for the game. Watson hurt his hamstring late in the fourth quarter of the Packers 27-19 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday.

Watson scored two touchdowns and had seven catches for 71 yards against the Chiefs before his injury. He has scored four touchdowns during the Packers’ three-game winning streak and has 28 catches for 422 yards and five scores this season.

Packers’ linebacker Quay Walker (shoulder) is doubtful for Monday night’s game with the Giants (4-8). Cornerback Jaire Alexander (shoulder), running back Aaron Jones (knee), safety Darnell Savage (chest) and cornerback Eric Stokes (hamstring) are questionable.

Walker played every defensive snap for the Packers (6-6) in the Chiefs game and has a team-high 92 tackles this season. Alexander has missed four straight games and Jones has sat out two consecutive games.Savage just returned to action on Sunday after missing five games with a calf injury.

Stokes is on injured reserve and has appeared in just one game this season, but he was a full participant in practice this week. The 2021 first-round pick returned from a foot injury to play four special-teams snaps in an Ot. 22nd loss at Denver, but he hurt his hamstring that day and hasn’t played since.

Kickoff is at 7:15 with the pregame starting at 5:00 and can be heard on FM 1023, The Bug.

Pelle Larsson scored a career-high 21 points, Caleb Love added 20, and No. 1 Arizona rolled to a 98-73 win over No. 23 Wisconsin on Saturday.

The Wildcats — playing as the top team in the country for the first time in nine years — looked comfortable in their new role, using a 25-8 run to end the first half and take a 17-point halftime lead.

Larsson finished 6 of 6 shooting from the field, including 4 of 4 on 3-pointers. The Wildcats shot 58% from the field.

It was tight game for the first 10 minutes, and the score was tied at 23-all with 8:50 left in the first half before a stretch of overwhelming offense from the Wildcats gave them a 48-31 advantage at the break. Kylan Boswell hit a long 3-pointer just before the buzzer to extend the advantage to 17.

A 55-second, eight-point stretch encapsulated the run: Larsson splashed home his third 3-pointer of the first half, Love followed with a steal and a soaring dunk and then Oumar Ballo capped the fireworks with an alley-oop slam.

Wisconsin was shook and wouldn’t recover. The Badgers came into the game on a six-game winning streak, including a win over then-No. 3 Marquette.

John Blackwell led Wisconsin with 17 points.

Arizona hasn’t been No. 1 in the AP Top 25 since an eight-week stint that ended in January 2014 under former coach Sean Miller. Coach Tommy Lloyd is in his third season after a long run as an assistant at Gonzaga, and his first two teams each spent multiple weeks inside the top five.

Wisconsin hosts Jacksonville State on Thursday.

The Marquette men’s basketball team wasn’t messing around on Saturday.
