11/8/23 Holiday Creative Workshops at Town Square Community Center

8 November 2023 News

GREEN LAKE, WI, — Town Square is hosting two new workshops this fall just in time for the holidays. Foodies can sign up for a Charcuterie Make and Take Class on November 16. Local florists are presenting a Winter Arrangement Workshop on December 2. Participants are encouraged to register as soon as possible, as space is limited in both classes.

On November 16 from 6:30-7:30 p.m., Robyn Badtke of Olive Juice Farms will be hosting a Charcuterie Make and Take Class. Participants will learn how to create a charcuterie board using an assortment of meats, cheeses, seasonal fruits, and other gourmet selections you can use at holiday celebrations. The class is priced at $50 per person. To register, contact Robyn Badtke at robynbadtke@yahoo.com or 920-299-1654 by November 12 to secure a spot.

“It’s so exciting to have local businesses offer these workshops in our newest event space,” stated Kris Anderson, Executive Director of Town Square.  “I’m excited to try out these new classes myself and am looking forward to creating and getting to know more members of the community.”

Local florists Shady Lady Acres, Orangeroot and Blooms on T join forces December 2 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon for a Winter Arrangement Class. This hands-on experience allows participants to design a beautiful arrangement using winter greenery. Participants are encouraged to bring their own pruners or scissors and garden gloves, while all other necessary materials, complimentary coffee, and treats are included with the $55 class fee per person.  Register online at shadyladyacres.com/workshop to secure your spot, as space is limited.
