11/30/23 Double Fatal Accident in Dodge County

Both drivers were killed when an SUV heading north in the southbound lanes of Interstate 41 hit a minivan Wednesday evening in Dodge County’s Town of Lomira. The Sheriff’s Office started taking 911 calls about the wrong way vehicle about 6:20 pm. While deputies were trying to locate the vehicle, dispatch took calls about a two vehicle crash just north of State Highway 67. The 82-year-old Campbellsport woman driving the SUV and the 34-year-old Oshkosh man operating the minivan were both pronounced dead at the scene by the County Medical Examiner’s Office. No one else was in the vehicles. Names were not released.
