Following the resampling of water for E.coli levels all three beach locations in Green Lake County previously closed due to high levels were reopened Friday. The Green Lake County Health Department says the closures at the swimming beach at Green Lake Conference Center, Dodge Memorial Park Beach and Boat LauNch, and Sunset Park Boat Launch were lifted. Health officials say it is important to note that a beach advisory or closure for a given day is based on the results of samples taken at the time, and that E.coli levels can change quickly based on many factors including the weather and the presence of waterfowl in the swim area.
