20 May 2023 News
Green Lake, Wis. – Singer/Songwriter Paul Thorn returns to Thrasher Opera House in Green Lake, Wisconsin, for two sold-out shows on June 1 and June 2. Thorn has been making music for over two decades, releasing critically acclaimed albums and touring the world with his band. He has shared the stage with Bonnie Raitt, Mark Knopfler, and Sting and has been praised for his soulful voice, powerful songwriting, and electrifying live shows.
He is set to release his latest album, “Never Too Late to Call,” on June 23, 2023, via his own Perpetual Obscurity Records label. The album features ten new original songs that showcase Thorn’s signature mix of Americana, roots rock, and blues.
“Never Too Late to Call” was produced by Thorn and Grammy-winning producer Matt Ross-Spang (Jason Isbell, John Prine) and recorded at Sam Phillips Recording Studio in Memphis, TN. The album features guest appearances from legendary bluesman Bobby Rush and singer-songwriter Nikki Lane. “I’m excited to be hitting the road again and sharing these new songs with my fans,” says Thorn. “This album is about second chances and never giving up on yourself. I think we could all use a little bit of that right now.”
