Sunday was the 40th anniversary of the disappearance of Robert “Bobby” Joe Fritz. He was last seen on May 14th, 1983 in the Village of Campbellsport playing with siblings outside. Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s officials say their thoughts and prayers remain with the family who has lived with the pain of the unknown waiting for answers. Sheriff Ryan Waldschmidt says they remain hopeful that they can still solve the case. They have partnered over the years with the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children which is dedicated to sharing information about Bobby Joe Fritz and other missing children from around the nation.
