4/21/23 Glendale Man Arrested During FDL County Traffic Chase

A 45-year-old Glendale man is facing felony fleeing and drug charges for a 3.5 mile traffic chase on Fond du Lac County Highway TC in the Town of Lamartine early Friday morning. A Sheriff’s deputy tried to pull the suspect’s vehicle over on County Highway TC at Dehring Road for traffic violations just before 2:30 am. During the pursuit the deputy watched the driver throw items out along the way which later proved to be suspected cocaine and ecstasy. The suspect’s vehicle ultimately came to a stop west of State Highway 26. He was taken into custody during a high-risk contact. In addition to the fleeing and drug charges he was arrested on an OWI charge and a warrant out of the Department of Corrections. No one was injured during the pursuit and there was no property damage.
