3/6/23 Campbellsport Woman Dies of Injuries Suffered in FDL County Crash

Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s officials say a 68-year-old Campbellsport woman died at a Milwaukee hospital Sunday evening of injuries she suffered in a one-vehicle crash on Fond du Lac County Road S. Investigators say she was driving north on the County Road S when her vehicle left the roadway, went through a ditch, and struck a culvert at Earl Court. She was taken to Froedtert Hospital in West Bend with serious injuries. Later she was flown to Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, where she died of her injuries. Driving while impaired and speed are believed to be factors in the crash. Deputies and Kewaskum Fire Department and Ambulance were dispatched to the crash in the Town of Auburn just before 4 pm. Campbellsport and Kewaskum Police Departments also assisted at the scene.
