A Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect for the area until Noon today. Wind Chills this morning could range from 20 to 30 below zero. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in 30 minutes or less. Pets should not be left outdoors. Limit your time outdoors and if you can check on elderly or infirm family members or neighbors. Bundle up before going outdoors and dress in layers if possible.
